My service experience was satisfactory, however, the next time after starting my truck after leaving the dealership the media screen went black. I'm not sure if it was related to the recall software update that was flashed or something else, but I've never had an issue until after this visit.

Nate was awesome. He helped my daughter and myself on New Year's Eve to understand what we needed to do to get the key out of the ignition due to issues we were having with the gear shift, since he could not get us an appointment until Jan 3rd. This saved us from having to rent a car. It was very refreshing to find a car repair shop that didn't treat us like we were stupid women. I have Nate's card and he will be our car guy forever. Do whatever you have to do to keep him.
