Your prices are why to high. You'all did the re-call items and then charged me $$ to confirm the oil leaks I had. Which were probably caused by your service department over filling my oil in 2016 (double what it should have). How did it take $67 and some change to find the oil leaks...it took Jiffy Lube 30 seconds looking under my car.

The service guy who helped me was great. He answered all my questions and since I don’t know a great deal about cars he was very patient with me. There was another service guy who was quite rude to me when I got there and told me I had to stand outside in the 38 degree cold until 7:00 am when they opened up. I didn’t catch his name but he has red hair.
