Apparently the computer system was down, but my service advisor was not notified and therefore I was not notified. When I inquired on the status of my car after waiting 70 minutes, I was told it hadn’t even gone in yet. Overall, a simple oil change took an hour and 45 minutes, which is difficult when you’re trying to get it done on your lunch hour, especially when you had an appointment. The service advisor handled it well, but the situation was frustrating.
