The salesperson I dealt with was kind and as helpful as he could be. The only thing that I had a problem was the length of time. I made an appt for an oil change and was still there for 2 hours. I don’t see the point of appointments if you still have to wait so long. I get things fall behind but even an occasional update on timing or simply letting me know it would be longer than expected would have been nice, especially since I had small children to pick up from school. Without any sort of communication I was just getting more anxious and irritated a simple oil change kept me stuck there so long.
