100% satisfied with the communication and services rendered by Chris and team.
However, I called as soon as my coolant light came on and was told that o didn’t need to come in for weeks bc it would be more convenient to do the coolant, maintenance, and recall in one visit.
I topped off the coolant, drive around, and ended up in San Jose when it was discovered there was a major problem.
It would have been great to have the ability to have the car checked earlier.
Regardless, very satisfied with Chris and team!

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. I feel that Chris lacked empathy and appeared to disregard or not believe what I reported about my car both on drop off and pick up.
When I asked for help the only responses I received were "I need to leave by 6" "We didn't touch that" "That doesn't make sense".
Based on this experience I will work hard to avoid working with Royal Auto Group for service or a new car.
