Glad to finally have the airbag replaced. I had an appointment in December which was canceled by the service team. They said the part wasn’t available and that I would be put on a waitlist. I never heard from Audi again about the repair so I decided to try coming in again. In the future if you are going to have a waitlist it would be great if you actually followed up on it!

I love Audi’s but most of the time have had very unpleasant interactions at the service department and dread going. I end up with a rather unpleasant fellow called Chris. However, this time “my guy” was Klever Jurado. He was totally awesome. Great service, professional, delightful, helpful. What a relief. Klever gets my highest recommendation.

My wife brought our car on time to our appointment at 9am. She informed Ashley who checked her in that she needed the car back by 4:30pm and was informed, “no problem.” This was for the first maintenance service, so completely routine. At 4:00 my wife calls to check the car’s status and was informed it was “still in progress”. Unable to wait any longer, my wife arrived at the shop to learn no one had even touched our car the entire 7.5 hours it had been there and “sorry, we were short-handed today.” That’s it. You sent my wife home with nothing after wasting her time, effort, and gas taking the car in. What an incredibly unprofessional response to Royal Automotive’s failure to deliver the promised service. How poorly it reflects on a supposed luxury brand like Volvo (whose headquarters will be sure to hear about this experience directly from me).

Unread/unanswered voice mails, texts, and emails, had to request a break down of the estimate multiple times, finally recieved a screen shot after 7pm. The estimate came in *more* than double every other reputable garage’s estimate (yes using factory parts) with *double* the labor hours, “inspection” cost over $200, also way over everywhere else, contents of my glove box and the compartment between seats was dumped on the passenger seat and floor and left there. I towed my car to another garage that specializes in precision cars-still less than half the cost and that’s a solid quote. I’ve been a loyal customer. No longer.
