Being able to book appointment online is great. A few years ago,
I had a problem with rude staff who booked the wrong appointments or kept calling repeatedly to confirm/cancel appointments with me. They got into an argument with me when I got annoyed.
Adam was nice and I’m glad he stayed on with Audi, while those rude staff members were replaced with computers. The car was ready as he said it Would be around 5pm.

I called and left messages Three times , no one picks up or returns call from your service dept . I had to make an appt. online to get through . My appt. was handled well and I appreciate the refund for transportation . I suggest having someone anonymously call your service dept . I was in hold for at least 30 min. Listening how great you you are on the recording. There’s a problem here .
