I brought my car in for first service and check the alignment. I am happy that the alignment was corrected, and the handling is much improved. It had not been correct since new. However now the steering wheel is slightly off-center. I was disappointed the alignment was not covered under the warranty and now I’m dealing with Audi USA to try to cover my repair costs. It just seems to be an unnecessary hassle.

Your technician took my car for a 30 minute joy ride while “testing the new brakes.” I’m not sure what errands he needed to run but waiting around means I’m not coming back or recommending your service center.
Previously, Johnny Liu and his team have been great I was told my car would be ready at 5:30 but my sister didn’t leave until an hour later. I expected better and will be taking my business elsewhere accordingly.
