Christopher was extremely helpful with my service today. He carefully went through all the details and was very patient in answering all my questions. He was knowledgeable and alleviated all my concerns.

The low battery icon was coming up on the dashboard and the reason I brought the car in, is still coming on. I was told nothing is wrong with the battery but that it was a software glitch and had all been updated. When I parked the car at home the low battery icon returned. I left a message and an email with my rep about how to resolve and have heard nothing back. Honestly the service here is great but now I’m most likely going to have to make another trip to the service dept bc something was missed.

Hector was actually expecting me and greeted me when I arrived at 9:45am
Saturday . That never happened before at any Service
Center I had used in the past. I was quite impressed.
Hector was super-courteous and even provided an update
