I appreciated the quality of service from the moment I pulled into the service center. I particularly value the expertise of the service technician who recommended a different set of tires for my vehicle. Overall it was a very great experience. However I would appreciate it if the dealership could offer back the car wash service. It’s been discontinued for a long time and I wonder when it will be reinstated, if at all. Thanks!

Chris Sung was great! He diagnosed the vehicles problem and gave me a complete explanation of the vehicles issue and a detailed repair plan. He was up front and transparent about how big the repair would be and that the car would be down at least a month. . He went out of his way to get me a loaner car while my car was being repaired. Chris did an excellent job providing me with weekly updates throughout the entire month plus repair. Chris was always apologetic and took responsibility that it was taking so long because of the difficulty of getting some of the parts, which was obviously out of his control. Chris was very professional, considerate of my needs, and is an excellent service adviser. Chris’s knowledge and experience showed throughout the entire process. Thank you Royal Motors for having such a wonderful and professional employee like Chris Sung. Thank you Chris for a wonderful experience.

I scheduled a battery replacement today but the guy who helped me added a system diagnostic test that I didn’t want. Replacing the battery ended up costing me $400. On top of that, I scheduled the appointment at 7:30am since I just needed the battery replace but it took them 4 hours to complete. To be honest, I was just tight on schedule and the first shop I contacted was fully booked and couldn’t see me the same day. I was okay to pay the $400 just to get the battery replace swiftly. But to charge that much and have very slow service doesn’t make paying the $400 worth it. I called the shop from 9:30-11am and the phone calls go directly to their voicemail. I left a voicemail and didn’t get any response. Finally was able to get someone to answer my call when I chose the new appointment line. The receptionist couldn’t give me any update on my car’s status and told me the guy working on my car was really busy because they’re in rush hour so I asked her to let the guy working on my car to give me a call. The guy calls me back within 5 minutes and my car was apparently ready. When I walked in inside the shop’s office, I see 5 people on their desks and no phone calls. Receptionist wasn’t doing anything. Just seems like a poorly organized shop. It was my first time coming to this automotive store and I will never come back here again.

I think Dan did well. I know he had some family stuff going on which is why he wasn't able to get back to me, but the bottom line is he made sure I had a vehicle when I was without my car, that my car was fixed by Monday, and at the amount that was quoted. Please keep giving preventative feedback to your customers. No one at Concord Mazda told me the condensation in my light could cause corrosion and I went there for 6 years. The lights been like that the entire time. It wasn't until I went to Royal Auto anyone commented on it. So next time when I'm told the condensation in my light might ruin the insides, I'll listen. My one main feedback is that the answering system is confusing and probably could use improvement.
