Jim is always conscious of providing the best experience possible in repairing my car. I had to get replacement parts and he made sure they were the right parts. He made sure he added my vehicle to the schedule because a vandalism occurred after a scheduled maintenance. And he always assures me that my car will be repaired properly.

I left 2 different voicemails over 2 weeks to book the appt and never once got a return call. Needed up just using the website. Also, we pointed out that one of the brakes is squeaking when we dropped off. Doesn’t appear like it was looked at as it’s still squeaking.

Car service was fine. Dwight was helpful and pleasant. While picking up my car around 530pm, I accidentally left a grocery bag in the waiting area. The first thing I did this morning was call and leave message asking if the bag has or has not been found, and I have not heard a response back. After leaving the message, I confirmed the my call back number was correct, but I have not heard a response back. The service up until that point lead me to believe that I would be responded to. But again, Dwight was helpful and communicative.

We’ve had sub par service for Johnny liu. We have spent close to $2000 on different services in the past ~month and were planning on bringing our other Audi for service to you guys but will not be doing so any longer. The work done on the car itself is great but the level of service from the advisor is extremely lacking. The past two times, my partner has dropped the car off and on both occasions she was treated as if she had no idea how cars work. I’m really disappointed in the lack of service that we’ve gotten so far, and will not be recommending this business within the presidio/pac heights community.
