Dwight was great. The time I had to wait to receive my vehicle was not. Between paying for my service and the delivery of my car (which, I had been told, was completely ready for pickup) I waited something like 45 minutes. Forty-five minutes to drive my car around to the front of the shop. Completely unacceptable. I have a hard time imagining that I will return for service in the future. As I said in the Yelp review I just posted, if I’m paying a premium price for service, I expect a premium experience, and that is absolutely NOT what I received.

Everything went very smoothly, Adam gave some great tips for reducing brake dust build-up, really appreciate he took the time to educate me ob my car, and make sure I was aware of the sensor feature that indicates when it’s time to replace the brakes. Overall great experience!

I was extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with VW service. I brought my Touareg in for new brakes, tires and a faulty key fob. I have been taking my cars to this service center for years and on this visit there were a series of events that occurred: 1. When I was called in to pick up my car with the service agent confirming it was “ready,” upon pickup I got into my car and saw from he dash alert that the right front tire was flat. Got out to check and the tire was indeed flat and spewing liquid from the air stem. The service person confirmed that they would need to order a part a keep the car another day at least(after the car being in service for about four days already. 2. Upon pickup of the car and paying the bill, it was higher than originally quoted. The service person confirmed that he called the extended warranty company and confirmed that the warranty company covers all brake pads. When I went to pay and I saw the full brake pad cost on there he said “oh yea I called back and they said they actually couldn’t cover the whole thing after all.” Unacceptable. 3) a technician looked at my key fob to diagnose why the lock was not chirping and in doing so he had to disassemble the fob. The chirp was fixed but I was returned a key fob that is missing the entire side of the fob-essentially a broken fob. I asked this to be repaired or replaced since it’s obviously unacceptable to return something to a customer that was broken while in the care of the shop. The service person said “hm I don’t know if we can do anything about that. I’ll have to talk to my manager and he’s going to be out for a week so I’ll try and follow up with you.” That response is not only apathetic and invalid, it’s insulting - especially after spending. $3k in service fees. My fob is still broken and I have not heard back despite trying to reach back out to Aldo(the service person), his manager, other supervisors at royal auto. I want this addressed immediately or I will take action more broadly.
