Craig was helpful from the second I drove into the dropoff area, he quickly pulled up my appointment, and confirmed the requested service and let me know the approx time to complete the service. The service was completed on time, and craig even replaced my key fob battery. It was a pleasant and smooth experience.

Klever was extremely helpful and managed to the service my Audi needed at very short notice and in a fast turn-around time while making sure other needed updates and work was done at the same time. My 6-month old 2019 CX-5 battery died. AAA started the car, but the engine light was on. The Service Dept person told me the probable cause of the dead battery was that I was keeping the USB cord plugged into car all the time. He recharged my battery. He also performed the software update for the new recall. The service department exceeded my expectations. Great job!

Dan was the best and told me everything that was going to be done to my car plus he got the team to add my license plate to the front of the car. Dan and the rest of the team were all so friendly and made sure I had means of getting to work. On my return to pick the car up I was offered several bottle of water from several of the staff as well as Dan. I guess I must have looked slightly hot and out of breath after my walk. I have and will continue to bring my car to Royal as long as I live here the Bay Area. It’s always nice to know you have a place to go for your car needs. Thanks dan and the rest of the team.
