Klever Jurado was by far THE BEST service rep I’ve ever had since I had my Audi car in 2017. I had to do a number of visits due to a faulty sensor and technician errors. This made me very frustrated and I lost my trust in Audi services and vehicle. I explained to Klever a little bit of my frustration and he understood immediately. He gave me a loaner. The loaner saved me from my meetings and the time I desperately needed since I was advised to have my car towed and not to use it at all over the long weekend.

Aldo was a gracious as possible about a recall that involved VWs criminal behavior. I am glad to have my car pollute less, but I am perpetually irritated that VW duped me into thinking that it was a decent option for both mileage and emissions. I rather doubt I will ever buy another VW or Audi.

This is not the fault of the service consultant. When I brought my car in I was rushed in and out in 2 mins. I had to tell the consultant my brakes needed to be checked and that they squeak very loudly and not just in the morning when they're cold (as they told me once before). When I picked up my car the recall was taken care of and I asked if the brakes were looked at and what is the status. Consultant said they're find there was for and debris and they cleaned it out. They were in such a hurry to close he urged me to sign and leave. As I drive away my brakes still squeaked. At the red light I read the work order and it said they cleaned and now my brakes don't squeak as loud as they did. What the hell does that mean. I don't want to drive around with squeaking brakes all day especially with clients in my car. Very bad service It really doesn't matter anyways as this falls on deaf ears and you won't do a darn thing about. Although would love to be surprised by having some reach out to me to rectify the situation.

Most of the detailing was superb. However the chrome inside my car is dingy like washed with a dirty rag. And the sand in the lock & seal of the rear hatch didn’t get vacuumed out. Small things, but the detailing was expensive! I will still definitely trust everyone there next time. Jim Yared is amazing!

This was the second time we’ve had unfortunately a problem with bringing our car in. There was a dent that was discovered at the back of the car after we picked it up after service. Photo evidence suggests this was not there when we dropped it off. Last time after an oil change they didn’t refill the oil and while driving home the car stopped in the middle of the road. We are hoping that all repairs are made correctly. There is inconvenience when these unexpected incidents occur. It would be nice if Mazda takes the time and inconvenience into consideration.
