There used to be a complementary wash of the vehicle. I’ve been here for three services in a row (this and my previous Audi) with no wash provided. Each time was some excuse for why it wasn’t included. This time there wasn’t even a mention of it.

People in the service department behave like it’s a given that we will bring our car for service in their shop. Not customer friendly. The service was botched and we experienced a mechanical issue after picking up the car after the service. A hose was apparently not secured properly. While driving the car behaved erratically and chocked. It was scary. I called Adam and after asking what happened, Adam’s remark was that the store was closed. As if it was important when I was stranded in Bayview with my wife and kid. The car got towed and fixed the day after. When Adam called, he just told me it was fixed and the car ready. I had to ask him what happened to hear a 2 sentences apology. Rather disappointing. Could you please have a manager call me atxxx-****-xxxx to discuss my feedback. Thank you. Tovo

I asked in my comments when setting up this appointment that I wanted my brakes to be checked out and also mentioned in person that I smelled gas from my car and I was nervous, only to find out that those concerns were ignored. He diagnosed it on the spot, which is fine, but never even had the mechanics check. I believe there was an issue with my last brake servicing which led to premature need for brake replacement, and he completely disregarded my questions and concerns. I felt like my voice didn’t matter and they were only there to fix the recall issue. I’ve had infinitely better experiences at the Palo Alto location and I’m never coming back here again even though it’s so close by.
