I really appreciated Hector took the time to hear my concerns, where I was coming from, and asked a lot of questions about my experience of the issue when driving to make sure he had the right info to help get it addressed. Also he proposed that I test drive the car after service with the mechanic to make sure the problem was indeed taken care of.

Aldo was informative and very helpful. I always drive my 93 year old Mother around at the weekends, so when Aldo saw a nail in the tire, and it could not be repaired, he recommended the new tires. You did not have in stock, so he obtained the tires, and the job was completed overnight. I have also worked with Frank in the past, and have always been pleased. Both Aldo and Frank are wonderful to work with
