Bonnie’s service was outstanding. What I was disappointed in was I received a quote from Gold Coast for four new tires. This quote was $100 and change over a quote I received from a local tire dealer. I didn’t bring a copy of the quote with me, and your service department let me go without meeting the lower price. So you lost a sale of $1,100.00, just because I didn’t bring my auote in. It essentially amounted to $25.00 per tire. I think it was a bad decision.
