My wife brought her car in for a oil change on Monday and upon completion she was told that she needed four new tires. She was given a price of $875.00 for tires and alignment. She said she wanted to speak with me(husband) before agreeing to it. This morning I took the car to two different tire centers and each one said that the tires had at least 20,000 miles left of wear on them. Either you have someone who doesn’t know their job or they’re trying to take advantage of loyal customer. Either one is unacceptable.

Issue with Cue goes back to July. Not repaired then. Back in on 9/30. Now waiting for part. Strike being the blame part still not in. 2019 CTS and no sedans for a loaner. Wife does not like driving SUV. Had loaner for a week. Car was dirty and could not see out the windows. Driving vehicle with no radio or other features we are paying for each month on this leased vehicle. Very disappointed in service and lack of care. I have been a loyal customer for years. May need to consider going elsewhere for my next purchase.
