I’ve been taking my vehicle to Gold Coast since we purchased our two Cadillacs years ago and I’ve been extremely satisfied with the professional service we received both from the service writers and their assistants and the mechanics who service the vehicle.
Michael my service writer is the a epitome of professionalism it has been so helpful and accommodating through the years he has made it an absolute pleasure and expediting our vehicles for service both taking them in and having them ready for our arrival upon completion.
There’s absolutely nothing more they could be said about Wayne our mechanic through the years other than he is the best of the best. So knowledgeable and accommodating he goes out of his way to ensure we are well informed as to our service the repairs if necessary as well as providing invaluable guidance as far as the care of our vehicles.
Over the years we have purchased Mercedes and jaguars and have been relatively pleased with the service of those vehicles however Cadillac in Gold Coast has taken it to another level and we appreciate the accommodations they provide.
