Crystal was wonderful and as professional as she is everytime I have dealt with her. I bought this car the first time I drove it CUE said it was -40 outside and the climate control was on 63 degrees and was blowing heat. It was checked I picked it up, got home, went out about 1 1/2 hours later the climate control screen said climate control off, but it was on, the messaging seats had a picture of the seat but no options to choose, the navigation said error sd card was removed, I brought it back on Saturday with 175 miles on the car the tech said there was a bulletin and flashed it I believe was the term. Took it home seemed fine the rest of saturday. I packed the car to go back to Florida Sunday morning 10/6. I left this morning stop at a store started to drive climate control went pressed the button for nav didnt work sd card removed error message the voice command said the service is un available at this time. I continued on with even with these problems to get home to Florida I got on the turnpike tried to engage super cruise it repeatedly said it was unavailable. I was so disgusted I called OnStar and asked if they could run diagnostics they came back on the line and said everything came back as failed. I turned around and unpacked the car and will be dropping it off tommorrow on monday 10/7. Would any of the features like crash response work if onstar said everything was a fail. A car that I have not driven for 24hours yet with 350 miles on it now should have all these failures. I will be speaking to management on next steps an exchanging the car. This was a limited stay in NJ I can not be stuck in NJ and I cannot drive to Florida in an unreliable car.
