I had made an appointment a week and a half in advance and dropped my vehicle off at 8am on Friday. I reached out at the end of the day for an update and received a return call that my vehicle would not be ready until Monday because the tech hadn’t gotten to it until the end of the day. Expectations would suggest that an advanced appointment and an early drop off would mean that the car would be serviced early, at the very least that day. I find this unacceptable and expect more from Cadillac and its dealerships.
