We have been disappointed by our experience, and quite frankly sorry we bought another car there. Car was supposed to have oil changed before we left with it. I told them we would come back next day, but they assured us it would be ready quickly. Waited around way to long, only to find message on car saying oil needs changing and tires need rotating. Called several times, and they told us they would take care of it when we pick up the plates. Started calling a few days before temporary plate expired, to find out our salesman was out with Covid. Spoke with Kevin who said he would look into it and call back. Never did.
I am most upset about the fact that they handed us over to a salesman who was not vaccinated and did not wear a mask. We called the morning we were coming and the receptionist told us Ryan ( our original salesman). Would be in later. We get there to find out it was his day off.
We rode in that car with that maskless salesman. I am very disappointed that this dealership had such little regard for our safety.
