Twice now, I've been charged over $160 to replace a fuse. I understand that a diagnostic fee is necessary when it's a complex mechanical problem that requires significant labor to figure out. But come on. Changing a fuse??? $160??? I was told that there would be a diagnostic fee but that if I went ahead with the repair, I wouldn't get charged the diagnostic fee. So I went ahead with the repair which involved replacing a fuse, and still got charged the diagnostic fee. Twice. Also, it would be nice if I could check my car in at 745 for my 7:30-8:00am appointment without getting attitude from the service advisor. I'm sorry if I was there before her, but the huffing and puffing and head shaking was downright rude. The jockey was asking her to get me checked in, and she made it very clear that she was annoyed that I was there at 745 for my 8am appointment. Yet when I made the appointment, I was told I could arrive between 730 and 8. There are many Cadillac dealers in my area. I don't need to bring my Escalade to Gold Coast if this is how I get treated and ripped off. I'm over $300 deep for 2 New fuses. What's the markup on that? Of note, the jockeys, and Juan the loaner guy were all wonderful. But that's not enough to keep me coming back.

I was satisfied with the cooperation by Jeff and Stephen but not satisfied with the resolution of the problem and how long I have to wait for positive results it’s very differcult to drive an expensive car that has a radio that doesn’t work. This should have been check d before delivery and the tool kit that was supposed to be in the trunk was not there. I want the tools that come with the car not tools from another year
