Bonnie completed the replacement of my misplaced fob within one day after I contacted her. Bonnie was courteous and efficient. During our discussion I mention a paintless dent removal procedure I was considering. Bonnie took a picture of the dent and indicated the repair might be provided at the Gold Coast facility. She will contact me with solution. Bonnie will be my first choice contact for future service appointments.

I was surprised how many employees were not wear masks at all, or their masks were pulled down to their chin or their masks were below their nose. When they worked with me they pulled their masks up. The gentleman who drove out my car unpin completion of my service, had his mask pulled below his nose. I just expected more from Cadillac. Otherwise, as always everyone was helpful and communicated well.
