After waiting 2 hours for oil change, I was told that they did not have the new tire I was scheduled to have installed. When I told them we scheduled this and was told they were in stock, the salesman rechecked and found it was indeed in stock. Why wait 2 hrs to check ? Not the first problem I had w you guys. A couple months afterI bought the car I needed tires. When I questioned that I just bought Certified Pre-owned, I was told they was enough thread when I bought it !!! Really , 30K for car and just “ passable “ tires . Obviously, not a big fan. You asked, so I’m telling you. I was also told I needed brakes ( last visit ).(brakes and rotors ) Let my mechanic lookin at it. Did brakes 6 months later , rotors still good !!!! Tell me why I should trust you guys with my car ?
