I checked if my battery was still under warranty I was told it was covered, only I was supposed to pay for the labor. After waiting for 3 hours and half I was told to pay $388.00. While I was waiting no one came and explained to me. You people need to train your people properly. After coming on and off to your dealership things have been going the wrong way.

Today I was told by service rep that I was getting a good price for the service that was being performed. Out of Curiosity I called Wynn Chevrolet Carson for the price without mentioning any coupons their price was 250 for the service that I was charged $289 for transmission service. I would believe all Chevy services depts would be uniformed with pricing
