Rich is always good when I take my car in, if I get him as a service tech that is. Everyone else can take their cues from him, in terms of what it means to offer quality service. Unfortunately, I don’t get this service from everyone, which makes for an unpleasant experience. Rich actually listens as he knows that I currently wished I had never purchased a Chev for my 1st new car, due to all the problems I have been having with a brand new car. So, any pleasant experience is always welcomed.
