I would assume after having spent $5,000 on repairs that the car would have been washed and vacuumed inside. It was not. Disappointing

Though employee was very kind and helpful, a few deficiencies I was disappointed in:
Was not told report of vehicle inspection.
Asked for vehicle to be charged but it was not.
Very rushed to pick up vehicle by staff, who appeared to be trying to leave early for the day.

One exception, I had 3000 reward points and asked the cashier how to redeem them. She didn’t know and sent me back to Julio who knew a little about it and eventually figured out how to redeem and print the voucher. Unfortunately he only redeemed 1000 points worth $5 instead of 3000 worth $15! A rewards program is only a good as the customers ability to be rewarded. I’m not sure how long the points are good for, but my best guess is that by my next visit they will have expired! Just thought someone should know! WILLIAM C
