Alfredo always does a wonderful job in letting me know what repair is needed and guides me thru the steps as the repairs are done. Grapevine Ford has been my choice since 1979. Ownership has changed several time but the great service remains the same.

The service experience itself was fine. Jadon always does a great job. But it took 45 minutes after I had paid to get the car brought out. I was told there was a shortage of employees to get it. Then I was told it would be the next car out. At the 30 minute mark, I was told it was in getting washed. Nit at all sure what really happened, but 45 minutes is not acceptable.

Communication and a local phone number to call would have been helpful.
