We were first working with Clay who apparently left Grapevine Ford while our vehicle was there to be repaired. I called multiple time over two days and each time I kept getting transferred to the voicemail of someone who is no longer there. Why did the receptionist not let me know that Clay wasn’t employed there and that someone else would be contacting me. That was very frustrating. Once Aaron took over he did a great job keeping us updated on the status of my vehicle and was wonderful to work with!! He called back when he said he would. He was very friendly and polite while explaining the situation with Clay. All around we were very satisfied with Aaron!

The recalls we told to me were completed and to come pick up my vehicle. When I got there Rachel had me sign the paperwork and gave me the keys and told me I could go get my vehicle and go. I asked her if she wanted to walk around the vehicle before I go and she agreed. We went out and could immediately see the roof rail recall was not completed. She never checked before calling me. I then had to wait while the recalls was performed completely negating why I dropped it off. I missed one hour of work due to this poor service.
