I've made several efforts in the last 24 hours to reach someone, anyone. My rep's phone mailbox is full and not accepting messages, the messages I've left through the main desk have gone unreturned thus far. My car is no longer driveable and is sitting in my garage. The sensors are apparently blocked, I'm guessing due to the Zaktek treatment which set off a non-stop series of alerts as I drove it home yesterday, and then as I tried to start it this morning to go to work, it wouldn't start. The lights flashed as though there was an emergency warning and the engine would not turn over.

I waited 1 month for an appointment to get my car serviced. Then when I took the vehicle in for service one of the main reason I took it in for service was not addressed. I called back to tell the Advisor of the issue and I am being told that it will be 2 more weeks before I can get the issue addressed. This is totally unacceptable.

Christopher did a great job today. The only problem I had was getting a ride back to the dealership. It took me three tries to get in touch with someone at the cashier counter to find out why I hadn’t heard from the service. It had been 30 minutes since it was supposed to be ordered.

It’s always been kind of baffling to me that you expect your customers to know who their service advisor is. I understand it’s probably for a personal touch or something but it’s just one more thing I’ve got to keep track of that I don’t know. Also my warranty was showing a suspended and instead of it being handled by the service team they made me go talk to the finance department. That could’ve been handled in an phone call and an email without bothering me while I worked and waited for two hours to get the tire patched. Also it’s a little frustrating that I can take my car somewhere else to get a dent fixed under warranty but I can’t get a tire patched anywhere other than the dealership.
