I was dissatisfied with Aaron for:
1. Nonchalantness towards the impact of leaving a vehicle for three+ days and not explaining if there were alternatives such as “getting it in line” and when it’s my turn to bring the vehicle up to get looked at.
2. The way he communicated the issue compared to what was on the sheet with mechanic notes.
3. Cost of repairs, he stated it would be $2,2-something, he gave an exact amount down to the penny. Then when he called to say the job was done, he added tax. As a consumer when I hear the TOTAL is ….., that’s everything. It is common that a person says plus tax if tax is not included.
With the actual service:
1. The car smells like grease or oil. Not sure if it was spilled or what, but it awful and caused a headache. I left a voicemail concerning this and have not heard back from anyone. It was left on Saturday.
2. The dash was removed, which caused hand marks etc on the lower inside of the windscreen. It was not cleaned and is disappointing it was released back to me this way.
My previous experiences at your service shop have been positive. This was a negative experience.
