It was very early and I always get additives, Robert Leininger was very attentive to my car history and reminded me. He kept me informed of the progress. Told me about my fob battery and where to put it should it go completely dead before I was able to purchase new batteries since they were out. My car is a 2016, well maintained by no one except Lincoln and they treated my car as if it was a 2022. Robert's inept customer service reminds me of why from Mansfield, TX I choose to come all the way to Grapevine although there's a Lincoln dealership closer to me. Grapevine, he should be celebrated on his customer service skills.

I was a little disappointed when I needed tires and only high-end options were in stock, but nobody else in the area had cheaper tires in the size I needed, so I guess I can't really blame y'all. Everything else about my experience was great, as always.

Aaron did a great job. As always. I did however think $800 for spark plugs was a bit pricey. I’m not a mechanic by any stretch, but I can change spark plugs in that truck in about an hour. I understand you have diagnostic equipment that I don’t have and labor is expensive. I get that. Still $800 for spark plugs seems a bit pricey. That said they did a great job and restored the truck to running like new again. So I’ll be back. Partly because I think Aaron takes really good care of his customers. Thank you
