Even with an appointment, still had to wait over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Once again Grapevine Ford sets the bar low. I had $15 in coupons and you gave me $20 off instead, less than $2.50 an hour for my wait? Why bother?

Let's see! My salesperson did his job!!
But each time I would call text it seemed no one knew what was going on with my pickup I purchased Saturday the 11th. I drove there Monday Tuesday and then today I finally got my vehicle. Now another salesperson took upon her self to insure that my pickup was fueled up and got my temporary tag that no one put on my truck but she did. I forgot her name she has short blonde hair and is a pistol to boot. She was the one that made the experience better. Ya all need a protocol cause it seems nobody knows anything except her.

The appointment was for a recall, no one cared to find out if the parts were going to be available until after the car was dropped off at 7: 00am and I was called at noon to be informed that the part was not going to be available until the end of the year. Big waste of time that could have been avoided with just figuring it out before the car was dropped off because you knew it was for the recall
