I was quoted a price of 90,000 for my Ford Bronco when I received my finance papers in the mail it was for 52,000 after I put a down payment of 50,000 which is 12,000 over the price I was suppose to pay. When I left the finance department I was given a flash drive and no physical documents. This is fraud

I brought my truck in for a Zaktec car wash and I was very unhappy with the way my truck looked afterwards. The truck was obviously washed but when I picked it up, I saw that the windows were not cleaned because there were small spots from what appeared to be a sprayer, all over my windows. The runners were not cleaned because they still had dirt on them.
The inside of my car appeared to be completely ignored. My dashboards had dust, my coffee holders still had spilt coffee, trash was inside my doors, and my upholstery still had stains.
My wife has Zaktec with Nissan and they always do an absolute fantastic job with her Armada, so I know what I am supposed to receive. Furthermore, my vehicle was left with Ford the entire day. A rep said he called me, text me, and voice-mail, but I have none. I needed my truck for the weekend otherwise, I would've left it there and had Ford fix the issue.
I absolutely love Ford but I am not sure about using the service center again.

Since the last 2 or 3 times, I am not seeing any work done inside the car. It feels as if just a car wash is being done for Zaktek. However, Bob's services were excellent as always. I am sure the person who does Zaktek is different. Also, with every car wash, I see new scratches on the car. This is quite an irritant. I don't want to ding the service person at all as he is very good. It is the person or persons actually working on the car that are not doing their job or doing it badly.
