First I had a key chain I notice that went missing when I came home it was a souvenir from brazil. I’m not sure if it was taken or it broke off and they didn’t tell me about it . All I feel the detailing of the car was done poorly. The tire shine is missing in some parts of the tire. Rims seems like they oversprays some chemical and didn’t clean it and there was some type wax my front window.like a lot of dots on it from a chemical. And interior looks like they just vacuumed and didn’t bother to detail. Honestly disappointed for having left my over 3 hours for these results

Yes one of my keychains I had on my keys seems to have gone missing. It was the Christ the redeemer statue. Notice it when I came home not sure if the accidentally broke it off and said nothing or took it. Also not very happy on the detailing done. It was my first time doing it there and seems like they did it too fast without checking there work. For example the tire shine was place poorly didn’t get some sections. And rims shine looks terrible. Besides that the interior cleaning look like they only vacuumed and left.
