Jody was great. Only disappointment was discovering my pocket change bag (crown royal bag) was depleted. My fault for leaving in my center console but does not make theft right. I was not looking for anything other than notifying management so they can ensure it does not happen to anyone else. They made it right by granting me a complimentary oil change. Jody was empathetic and apologetic. A+. Again, you should not have to worry about theft and I blamed myself for leaving change in my truck but then again, I should not have worry about someone going through my belongings.

I appreciate that Mr. Roswell walks me out to find my car & always takes a minute to remove the paper used during the repairs to protect the interior of my vehicle. He is the only service representative at Grapevine Ford who does that extra step of customer service.
