Great service! I had a check engine light on he worked it in to see what the problem was. He got that done super fast and let me what was wrong no pressure to get it done today I he got me scheduled for the for next Friday. Then on to the oil change he kept me informed each step of the process. Once again Andrew and Grapevine Ford came thru with great service. As I have said in the past you pay for what you get. You have Ford let Ford take care of it. Thanks for outstanding service once again.

Made an appt for 1pm online, drove up at 1:08, no Eddie in sight, stood outside for 15 minutes waiting while several people looked for him, a lady came out & took my order, checked me in and said it would be 60-90 minutes and I confirmed that was normal when I had appt, she said they were busy. I received a text at 2:35 stating my car was ready, I went out, no one around, no car, stood for a while, asked if I was supposed to go to cashier first, so I did, paid, went back out saw my car in long line to be washed, went back in, never seeing Eddie, waited about 10 more minutes, came back out, by now it is 10 after 3, asked someone if they could possibly find my car. He drove it up unwashed, I was told because my rearview mirror had tape wrapped several times around it, they wouldn't take the chance when I clearly said I wash it all the time & it's been like that over a year. Not happy, then I get a call from Eddie about 15 minutes later which I didnt answer as unknown caller, I had major maintenance needs and he needed to discuss.....I would have liked to at least meet him, I NEVER DPOKE TO A SINGLE SERVICE REP. I was there over 2 hours. You lost my business.

Still completely frustrated that I have a brand new vehicle with an outdated navigation system. Speed limits that have been changed for 3+ years are wrong on the navigation system and stores that have been around for 5 years can not be found by the system. I’ve called Lincoln and they said the dealership would take care of it then I was told that there are no updates to the system.
