This was not Christophers fault. The oil change cost me around 30 dollars more this time. According to Christopher this was because Ford did not have the oil in bulk and I had to pay for it by the quart price. That is Fords responsibility and that cost should not be past on to the customer. It should at least be discussed with the customer before the service so they have the chance to cancel the service. It should also not take 3 hours to rotate tires change the oil and run it through the car wash especially when you have an appointment.

My dash was not put back on properly, there was a bolt that was in my door from somewhere inside my dash that wasn’t put back on, my steering wheel is making a clicking noise and my steering wheel is slipping when I make a sharp left turn or u-turn to the left. I’ve tried to call several times to get this resolved with no call back.
