Bridget and the valets did a wonderful job! I am not satisfied with the repair because the problem is not fixed. It seems that no one tested the replaced USB Hub to determine if it working before the car was returned to me. It is not working.

I was disappoint only in the fact when I called the Lincoln dealership to set up an appointment - they were fully booked and sent me to the Ford house. I normally use a dealership in Arlington and switched to a Lincoln dealership in Ft Worth. Because of the amount of miles to that dealer, I decided to use Grapevine Lincoln. Happy to say I enjoyed the experience but was a little shocked that my basic service was twice the price of these other dealerships.
