On more than one occasion, I attempted to either get a status update or ask a specific question as well as call directly and didn't get repeated questions answered. I don't know if this is because of the busy nature of the representative or if the technology being used to communicate is flawed.

First off, who said I was excited and completely satisfied about my service ??? Excuse my language, but that service department is a complete **** show. Jason is a very polite guy, but it’s a management issue here. Not a Jason issue or survey. He was great. I set up an an oil change appointment for 9:30, showed up at 9:15 and sat there for 3 damn hours. And this is not an isolated incident! Every time I go in for a simple oil change with an appointment it’s a 3 hr wait. What’s the damn use of setting an appointment? Service dept manager or general manager should have a review here. Not Jason !! It’s bybfar the worst I have ever seen bar none !!! And I wasn’t the only customer that couldn’t believe this. Please send out a service dept Managers review. That’s where you need to focus your attention and not play the blame game on the service writers !! I normally don’t criticize and write reviews like this but that service dept is an absolute **** show !! Can’t wait to get the survey from the manufacturer. My experiences at the Toyota was too notch in the service dept. Again, a simple oil change with an appointment scheduled and wait almost 3 hrs ! And like I said, this is not the first time this has happened!!
