When i initially dropped of my truck at the appointed time the service person assigned to me wasn’t available. It took about 15 minutes before anyone took my name and why I was there. I had to wait for my vehicle there and was told it may take 3 hours. After waiting for almost 4 hours I finally went looking to find the status of my truck. Since I hadn’t met Jody yet I just grabbed the first person to ask. Of course they sent to Jody. She told me about the issue with master cylinder and that it would be a few days before I get my truck back. It was nice to get the rental in a fairly quick time but I should told the status way earlier and shouldn’t have to go looking for someone to help. The car ready on Monday as originally told. Then it wasn’t ready on Tuesday. Finally was done on Wednesday. On top of it all, the truck was dirty and not cleaned up at all even thought I asked for it to be washed before picking it up.

Even after showing a video we’re my frozen door can’t close, the dealer didn’t repair my door saying that they couldn’t reproduce the issue, well, it was 65F when you check a FROZEN door issue, they don’t care about my video showing the issue and just sent me back with a defective door. I’m glad I have the document, for future lemon references.
