Valet drivers great. Bridget kept in touch. However, there is still an obvious noise obstruction coming from the windshield. Not on the passenger side. This is not a quiet luxury car experience. The notes said it was on the lower drive side windshield, I believe its on the upper side. My husband and I both have experienced this noise obstruction. With all the fans turned off and radio turned off and no other cars around it is very obvious. I struggle to understand how this was not heard by the tech team.

Took me 4 hours to be told they would not be doing a scratch repair I was promised when I purchased truck 8 months ago this is the 5th time to schedule this repair. It is also ridiculous that it takes 4 hours for a scheduled apt with zaktek. I had to have my wife take me home 3 hours in and pay a Uber to drive me back. I want to get rid of my truck because of how long these basic services are taking and I was told they do not have loaner cars when I made a specific request when I purchased to make sure I wasn’t gonna have these problems. I’m gonna be doing whatever I can to get another vehicle ASAP...

Why do you call it quick express if you have to have appointments to get in end up at NTB they had me out in 30 minutes payed less for the tire plus got road roadside insurance on all 4 tires so if I get a nail in the tire they we replace them free so for tires I will be going to NTB

I arrived early for my appointment and waited almost ten minutes for anyone to even notice me. The associates demeanor conveyed they couldn't care less about being timely or responsive, had minimal knowledge of my vehicle (2019 Ranger) and then informed me the very simple recall service would take half the day, NOT what I was told when I scheduled the appointment. After waiting four and a half hours without a single update or check in, my truck was finally done and, adding insult to injury, the girl who came to get me told me my truck was getting the "courtesy wash." It was actually considerably dirtier than when I dropped it off. This is the second horrible experience I've had with Grapevine Ford service and makes me glad I spent my $40K plus on this truck somewhere else. I've NEVER had an issue with a Ford service department, but this place is a total dumpster fire and the associates are condescending and slow. I'm planning on buying a Ford Transit van in the near future, and I'll pay more just to go somewhere else rather than patronize this place.

Service was well below par for what is expected. We spent over $140k in vehicles there last year. I’ve bought four vehicles from GV Ford in the past. The service department is such a stark opposite to the customer service from sales. My wife left there feeling like she wasn’t taken seriously and things that were marked on the vehicle report either weren’t done or I had done them myself just a few days prior. She left there with tires not up to pressure and got a TPMS alert on the way home. It wasn’t because it got cold that day, it had been cold. I would say that’s isolated but I experienced the very same thing when I brought my F250 in for its first service. These continued disappointments will play into future decisions as to where my vehicles are either serviced or purchased.
