I had an excellent service experience with Andrew. He was able to secure a loaner vehicle for me at no additional charge when I unexpectedly had to go into work the same day the service was being performed. He kept in contact with me during the whole process and was even able to save me a little money on the multiple services I had performed. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of to my sastifaction. The high level of customer service Andrew provided me is why I make the drive from Denton past other Ford dealers to Grapevine. Excellent work!!
