I nearly did not recognize my car it was so clean it looked great on the inside. And if service was wonderful they kept me updated on exactly what they were doing however I know the exact heck did not cover the outside paint correct it was tar on the exterior of the car behind the wheel and on further inspection d drivers rear door I paint scraped off as if the door has swung open and hit something that damage was not there when I left it on Thursday.

There was an issue with the shuttle pick up. I asked Brian to get me scheduled for 3:15 so that I could be picked up after a meeting. The shuttle driver then called me during my meeting to tell me that they needed to talk with me prior to picking me up. They then texted me. As soon as my meeting was over I texted them to tell them where I would be for the pick up. They never responded to my texts. I finally just asked my wife to pick me up at work to go get my truck. In total I was waiting for an hour. It would have been better for me to just sit in your waiting area for the 4-5 hours while my truck was getting serviced. At least then I wouldn’t have felt like I was stranded. Brian though did a good job. Really appreciated his efforts.

We almost look forward to needing maintenance just because the visit is always so pleasant. Everyone is friendly, prompt, accommodating and the great food at the cage' next door is a treat! These "extras" are what would keep us buying vehicles here and recommending the dealership to others!

Took too long for appointment and work. I cannot make an appointment and allow my vehicles to sit untouched in a que. Next time I would appreciate not handing over a new car without a rental or to reschedule when the shop can promptly begin work at the appointment. Jody did well to keep me updated.
