Called 4 or 5 times and never got a call back from a service advisor. Took it in for my appointment and my platinum warranty couldn’t be located in the system for a rental truck. Once my truck was in for service they determined the APIM needed to be replaced. The truck was given back to me and the computer screen was stuck on causing the truck to be dead. We had to find alternate means to the airport the next AM. Robert did a good job picking up my truck from my house and getting it ready from my return from Mexico. The last issue was not resolved as the mechanics say they could not verify.

Bridget called and advised me that I had only put on 3000 miles since last oil change ; therefore, there was no need for an oil change. I really appreciate her honesty as I could have received an oil change and would not have known I didn’t need one. That is excellent customer service!!! and you don’t get that these days. Thank you.

My service experience was horrible. Made an appointment online with Jodie for Saturday morning and she was not there. Jodie did not call me until Monday afternoon. My truck sat at the dealership until Tuesday before someone looked at it. I will never bring my truck back to Grapevine Ford for service!

I brought my brand new 250 Limited in for its first oil change and y’all put the wrong oil in it. The owners manual and the oil cap says 10w30 and you put 15w40. I came in today for you to switch out the oil for what the owners manual and Ford requires and you put oil for a gasoline engine in my diesel truck.. my receipt says you put xo10w30qsp but the oil you were supposed to put in it was co10w30qsdf. Now I can not drive my vehicle due to you errors. Again. I need a manager to call me ASAP! ****-****-xxxx
