We made an appt to drop off our car for 2 recalls.
Michael Lindley was my service rep. When I first dropped off my car he started talking about a airbag recall on our Ford Fusion and then asking me if I had ordered that part. Then when he got on the computer he found out that it did not have that recall. Then he told me that they should have those parts in stock and would call later that day. He did call but they did not have one of the parts and they would have to keep it until the next day.
When I came to pick up the car he pulled out the paper work and headed over to the cashier. While we were in the process of checking out I figured out he had the wrong paper work. What should have been a quick in and out both in the morning and the next day was not the case. I thought that since we made the appt for the recalls that they parts would be in stock.
I also have an expedition that I bring in to the service center. At this point I have only brought it in for oil changes and regular maintenance but have never had this kind of problem. I hope this is not what I can expect in the future.

Andrew was great, best person I’ve had yet. But when they went to give the car wash they didn’t take the antenna off and and the car wash ripped it off and scraped up the passenger side of my car. Also chipping the windshield. This is the second bad experience I’ve had with grapevine ford 1st being stripping my oil plug and not saying anything, so when I went to change it I had to buy a new plug and pay extra for it to come off, and 2nd being this time. The service from the sales team is great like I said Andrew is a great worker and is keeping us updated and fixing problems in a timely manner.
