Aaron was fine. But the value for service was not good. My additional research showed that the repair was not difficult, the parts were not expensive, and I’m not sure the injector flush really does work. Therefore, i felt like because I was stuck in transit, I was take for as much as the service department could get out of me. This left me unsatisfied.

I would like to say that the car wash people have really slipped in the quality of their work. My truck looked like they had sprayed water on it and then gave it back to me with water dripping off of it as if there was no attempt at drying it.

I am very disappointed with the service l have received. The 2016 Edge has been there all week and finally after calling abou this a dozen ti.es last Saturday l got a rental because it was a warrany to be fixed. I also told Jody about the glove box that had been fixex twice under warranty and the light has been a priblem and Jody says l have to pay 46.00 to be fixed. Can someone a supervisor or someone because l am very displeased ****-****-xxxx

Bridget was great, even though she was understaffed. She was so polite and efficient. Oil change and tire rotation were fine. I love that I had a loaner car to run errands while my car was being worked on. My only concern is regarding the leather seats in my car. The leather attracts dirt and is already showing signs of wear, especially in the driver’s seat. For a 10 month old car, it is a sign of poor quality. My ford had light leather and never stained in the five+ years that I had it. I would like for my leather to be addressed.

Service doesn’t show up on Ford App and also tires weren’t read and filled as described. As I left dealership the right rear tire was still off 5lbs compared to other tires. Full service was not completed. Not sure I’ll have services done again at Grapevine.

Alfredo was very nice and kept me posted. I am disappointed though that the check oil notification was not reset so now I am constantly seeing that message to change the oil. It seems that this would be on a checklist and not missed. The other disappointment was the car wash. I realize this is free and a nice perk but they have always done a much better job in the past.
