Pete was great! He promptly checked in my truck, arranged for a shuttle and had my truck ready when promised. I had an issue with the drivers seat memory position that he resolved. Great experience, great person.

I was largely very satisfied. My representative (Alfredo) was incredibly kind, personable, and helpful. The techs didn’t find extra work to do, even when I asked about specific things. The only reason I said no was the pricing. I’ve been taking my car exclusively to Ford dealerships (4 of them prior to this) for the last ten years and was charged twice as much here as I typically am for the same service. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my experience.
