I dropped my car on a Thursday. Josh has the attitude that I am a major inconvenience to him every time I have an encounter with him. He called on thursday afternoon to let me know the parts were ordered. I asked if I could get a rental ththeat evening and he said yes. I was not given the hours of the rental department. I came to the dealership about 6:15 pm that evening to pick up a rental car and Josh looked at me and told me “You’re too late. They’re already closed.” Instead of trying to get me into a car, he shrugged his shoulders at me and sent me on my way. I am not sure whe rentals are not available the entire time the service drive is open, but okay. I told him I would be back in the morning to get a car. When I arrived at 7:30 am on Friday, he was nowhere to be found. Michael was awesome and got me in a car quickly so I could get to work. Josh called that afternoon to let me know my car was ready. He said, “You got a rental today didn’t you?” as in why did you do that if your car was going to be ready? I believe his customer service is lacking and that customers are merely an inconvenience for him. I will not deal with him again. The ONLY reason I come to Grapevine Ford is because I bought my car there and and I have no deductible when I do so. Once I am outside my warranty, I will go back to Five Star Ford since I am treated with respect. I will deal with Michael moving forward as he never made me feel bad about coming in for service.

Lauren didn't do mechanical work on my car. She was very nice and took care of the situation. However, your techs seem incompetent. The manual states the correct oil as well as the oil cap with big yellow letters. I appreciate Ford paying for it but I wouldn't have wasted hours at a dealership for the services rendered. I could have done the job myself in 2 hours. The only reason it would take that long is waiting for the engine to cool.

Aaron was my service advisor and was really friendly, respectful and professional from the get go. I had a repair done on my vehicle and was charged 8.5 hrs of labor and an additional extensive recall and received my wehicle a week later. I was never offered a loaner which was inconvenient and had to get a personal rental which made it complicated since I have a six month old child. When I called to see if there was a shuttle that might come get me, I spoke with Karen and was transferred to different people several times and no one picked up the phone. Called back several times and left a voicemail and never received a call back, leading to another inconvenience of having to Uber and paying out of pocket once again. This repair done on my vehicle was the result of a replaced transmission prior and flexomate in prior years and was never made aware of the warranty on the repair. All this to say, I’m highly unsatisfied with ‘Ford’ and they’re service which is why I’m getting rid of this vehicle as it has been a nightmare.

I called and left messages, no return call. My vehicle was inspected and returned to me without any explanation on why it failed the emissions component, when I might have elected to have repairs made while still in shop. Totally unsatisfied with this experience.

Jody did good job. Kept me up to date. Jody - upon pulling out of the parking lot on Monday after picking up my Explorer the left turn indicator still performs incorrectly: It will not return after a left turn signal has been made. As you recall I requested to have the technician drive the car around your parking lot so he could see for himself the fault of the turn signal. I gather that did not happen. This is why I am not a happy customer. now I am having to take the car to another Ford dealership that will apply the correct technical evaluation to solve the problem. It's a shame to this simple task could not have been conducted at GV Ford. a simple simple fix. Jim P

Was promised I would receive next oil change free of charge in recognition of ‘recommended’ services being performed when I had requested only ‘required’ maintenance. Did not receive promised text message with confirmation of complimentary oil change. Will contact Ford USA for opinion on ‘requirement’ as stated by Grapevine Ford to change Explorer transmission fluid and coolant at 30k miles in vehicle operated under normal conditions, since this appears to conflict with owners manual.
